I wanted to thank you guys for a great experience. My wife and I were amazed at the level of service that you offered. People from other pearl stores we went into commented on the beautiful pearls she was wearing and inquired about where she purchased them. We happily told them. Just for fun we asked if they would be willing to remove a pearl from one setting and place it into another (as you willingly did for us). Of course, the answer was always no.
